At Transworld Ventures, we understand that orders may sometimes need to be changed or cancelled. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellations may be requested for orders placed through our website or directly with our sales team.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Cancellation Before Processing
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
If the cancellation request is approved before processing begins, you may be eligible for:
- Full refund
- Order cancellation without penalty
- Payment reversal where applicable
2. Cancellation After Processing Begins
Once an order has entered processing, packing, quality inspection, or export documentation stages, cancellation may not be guaranteed.
In such cases, we may:
- Approve cancellation with partial refund
- Deduct processing or handling charges
- Offer store credit
- Complete the order if cancellation is no longer possible
3. Cancellation After Shipment
Orders that have already been shipped, handed to a carrier, or exported generally cannot be cancelled.
If allowed in exceptional cases, any refund may be subject to:
- Return shipping charges
- Customs costs
- Banking fees
- Restocking charges
- Non-recoverable shipping expenses

4. Customized or Bulk Orders
The following orders may not be cancellable once confirmed:
- Customized packaging orders
- Private label orders
- Special sourcing requests
- Made-to-order products
- Bulk/wholesale contracts
- Products procured specifically for buyer requirements
Any cancellation of such orders will be reviewed case by case.
5. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Full name / company name
- Product details
- Reason for cancellation
Faster requests increase the chance of successful cancellation.
6. Refund Timing for Approved Cancellations
If cancellation is approved and payment has been received, refunds are generally processed within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Actual timelines may vary by country and payment method.
7. Right to Refuse Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests where:
- Order has already shipped
- Goods are customized
- Fraud is suspected
- Payment dispute already exists
- Product has been specially sourced
- Export documentation is complete
8. Changes to Orders Instead of Cancellation
Where possible, we may assist with:
- Quantity adjustments
- Address correction
- Product substitutions
- Packaging changes
- Shipping upgrades
This depends on the stage of processing.
